Immediate Need

1) SHELTER LOCATION

• anywhere between Red Top, SC and Ridgeville, SC

• at least 2 miles away from the nearest shopping CENTER

• Zoned for Homeless Shelter

• 3 acres preferred

• building / facility 50,000 square feet. minimum

• donated location or USE of location is preferred, w/ an agreement that allows for creative renovation / construction

• location confirmed before March 31, 2021

2) Temporary office space - minimum 100 sq. ft., preferrably located in charleston county or surrounding area. February 1, 2021 to May 31, 2021.

(donors can provide space or pay for the space directly to the leasing manager)

Needed For: (3 staff members) staff meetings & to begin the intake process of preregistering homeless clients for social services including reserving their room at the shelter.)

3) Office equipment

• 2 desks

• 2 desk chairs

• 4 folding chairs

• 5 drawer file cabinet

• 2 desktop computers or laptops

• 1 printer

4) Office Supplies - everything from writing utensils to hanging folders -

estimated cost $250

*Ways to donate:

5) Temperature Controlled Storage Unit - minimum 10x20, preferably in Charleston county, February 1, 2021 - May 31, 2021

(Donors can provide space or Pay fees directly to the storage unit leasing office or Donate funds towards the cost (estimated cost $175 per month, Total needed $700)

Needed For:

Storing donated items such as appliances, and operating equipment, cubicles, and beds.

These items have been offered in preparation for the grand-opening, however we have not been able to accept them because we have no secure way to store them.
